ModelKraft 2024

Why?

We aim to bring a wide group of the modelling community together to share enjoyment of the hobby and modelling interests. The show will be supported by a varied range of traders to support your modelling needs, be they supplies, research material, kits or workbench tools. All profits will be donated to charity.

When?

Saturday 25th May 2024 10:00-16:00

Where?
Our venue is Oakgrove Secondary School, Milton Keynes MK10 9JQ – It is similar in size to the Stantonbury Campus we used until 2019 but more modern and accessible. Therefore, there will be less capacity to accommodate compared to our show at Milton Keynes Arena.

    Traders requesting Friday set up should check the note in the joining instructions re access times and let John Willshere know if they intend to set-up on Friday.
  • Visitors. Price for entry for additional displaying club members, members of the public, concessions and accompanied children are as follows
    • Adults £8
    • Concessions £5
    • Children under 16 Free when accompanied by a paying adult

FAQ Common

  • Please note that our hosts Oakgrove School, as you would expect, has a very strict no smoking/vaping/alcohol policy in buildings and school grounds. Please respect this restriction.

FAQ Traders

  • All traders have double confirmed their attendance and now we are fully booked. We were not able to accommodate all previous traders and are holding a reserve list in case anyone has to drop out.

FAQ Visitors

  • Do the traders accept Cards? Most do but it will depend on the internet signal on the day. It is best to bring some cash so not to miss out on that bargain.
  • We will accept cards for entrance fees however cash is king and a hell of a lot quicker.
  • Is there a Bank nearby? Yes, next to Waitrose. There is a Cashpoint.
  • Is the parking time restricted? If you can park in the school then no restrictions. If you park in Waitrose carpark then you are restricted to 2 hours.
  • Is there anything around for the non modeller? Yes, there is a Costa and Waitrose within walking distance and the event is a short drive from MK Shopping
  • Yes there is a Cafeteria available onsite
  • Yes we will have our usual Garrison Star Wars characters on patrol through the show
